Welcome to Magnaura. Each of our apartments has been designed with care and passion, combining the charm of Arezzo’s history with the elegance of contemporary design. To ensure that every guest enjoys the same level of comfort and tranquility, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines during your stay.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in is available from 15:00.
- Check-out is by 10:00, so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
During Your Stay
- No smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Guests are kindly asked to smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
- Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight. If you would like to receive visitors, please let us know in advance.
- Parties or events are not permitted, in order to maintain the calm atmosphere of the building.
Respect and Tranquility
- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. We ask you to be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
- Please treat the furnishings and artworks with care, as each piece has been selected to create a welcoming and refined setting.
Cleanliness and Care
- Please leave the apartment in good order at the end of your stay.
- Kitchenware should be washed before departure.
- Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins.
Safety
- Please ensure the apartment is locked and windows are closed when leaving.
- Do not leave candles or cooking unattended.
- Inform us promptly if anything is damaged or not working, so we can resolve it quickly.
